Registration

REGISTRATION:

1.  Submit the Camp Registration Form via QR code (https://forms.gle/8Qmkn4aP1TyGkg497 link ) or paper form with your Camp Specialist

2.  Fill out the Medical Release Paper Form printed here on the blog or with your Camp Specialist

3.  Pay $100 fee with cash/check & tithing slip (not online) to your Bishop

4.  Choose your own Adventures via QR code or paper form with your Camp Specialist 

**Leader's basic fees are covered by Richland Stake, however adults may choose to purchase their own camp hoodie for $25 by submitting payment to Sis. Stafford, the Richland Stake Camp Secretary via Venmo and specifying size while registering.
